We at eFundSource take your privacy very seriously. We do not directly collect personally identifiable information from customers through our website. The information we do collect is the same generic information captured when you go to any web site, such as IP address, referring page, browser information, etc. This information is used by us to help optimize your experience. When a new group signs up via the eFundSource web site, we request group information necessary to register the group with eFundSource and create a web portal. Some of this information such as group name, description of the group, and text for your website are published to the page established for your group. Contact information and tax ID number are also collected by eFundSource. This information is used for administration of your group's site and distribution of commissions. This information is not shared in any form with third parties without your express consent. Use of the registration portal in the web site is voluntary, and groups may register offline if desired. If the information we have is inaccurate or outdated, you may contact eFundSource at privacy@efundsource.com or via the contact avenues listed below to correct such information. We work with affiliate sites in order to provide a source of revenue to our clients. These affiliates have various links we have placed on our site. When you click through one of these links, a cookie is generated. Without this cookie your sales activity can not be tracked back to your group. When you go through to the affiliate site, you are subject to that site's privacy policy. Information may also be shared with intermediaries, including Linkshare, Performics, Inc., Commission Junction, and bFast. We receive periodic reports from our affiliates to track sales and apply commissions to our clients. These reports often include information about products purchased, time and date of the transaction, and dollar amounts spent. These reports do not include information which might personally identify any specific individual. Any information collected by our website as a result of user entry is never sold, given, or otherwise transmitted to any third party by eFundSource unless we specifically identify the third party and you actively consent to the sharing. While we do not present groups we know to be illegitimate, eFundSource does not warrant or represent that the information presented about any group is current or accurate. Please also be aware that eFundSource has no control over affiliate merchants and enjoys an at-will relationship with such merchants. Any transactions taking place with any affiliate merchant are between the merchant and the purchaser only. eFundSource acts as an agent only, and assumes no responsibility for fulfillment of purchases or any other issues related to such transactions. eFundSource
